Who we are
This website is run by Jordon's Training Services Ltd ("JTS", "we", "us"), registered in England & Wales, Company No. 12368739. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at ishan@jtslimited.co.uk or on 07716 523124.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry using our website form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, the course you are interested in, the number of trainees, and any site location or other details you include in your message.
If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange training.
- To deliver and administer any training you book, including issuing certificates.
- To keep records we are required to keep for legal, accreditation or accounting purposes.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we must keep training records, the basis is legal obligation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-handling service. If you book accredited training, we share the information needed to register and certify trainees with the relevant accrediting body. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from external image hosts, which means those services receive your device's IP address when you view the page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a customer, we keep training and certification records for as long as they are needed for accreditation, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, email ishan@jtslimited.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
