About JTS

Built on military discipline, run on transparency

Jordon's Training Services Ltd was founded by Managing Director Ishan Jordon, who brings a military background to how the company trains and operates. The business is built on straightforward pricing and course descriptions β€” you only pay for what you need β€” and on strict adherence to industry health & safety regulations, including the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Every course stresses the health and safety of your employees as much as the operating skill itself. Because training is delivered on your own site using your own machinery, JTS is best suited to companies that already have equipment on location β€” sole traders and individuals with access to a suitable machine and site are welcome to get in touch to check eligibility.

Common Questions

FAQs

Do you train individuals, or only companies?
Training is delivered on your own equipment at your own site, so most JTS clients are companies with plant or machinery already on location. If you're a sole trader or individual with access to a suitable machine and site, get in touch and we'll confirm whether we can help.
Do I need to provide the machine for training?
Yes β€” training is carried out on your equipment, at your premises. That means your team learns on the exact machine they'll operate day-to-day, with no cost or downtime moving equipment to a training centre.
How long does a course take?
Most courses run 1–5 days depending on the machine type and your team's starting experience level. See the course cards above for typical durations, or ask us for a course-specific timeline when you enquire.
What certification will I receive?
You'll receive an ITSSAR-accredited certificate or an in-house certificate of training, depending on the course you book. Certificates are typically valid for 3–5 years, depending on the course and category.
My operators are already certified β€” do they need full training again?
Not necessarily. If your team's certification is still valid, we offer refresher training to keep them compliant, and conversion training if they're moving to a different but related machine type.
Which areas do you cover?
JTS delivers training UK-wide. Wherever your site is, we can normally arrange an accredited instructor to come to you β€” get in touch to check availability in your area.
